The CandlebrookCo. is a small business that supplies a variety of  handcrafted scented candles, wax melts, room and linen sprays, and cosmetics.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

This website is operated by The Candlebrook Co.  The Candlebrook Co. offers on this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms of service apply to all users of the site. 

RETURNS & BREAKAGES

When ordering The Candlebrook Co.'s products;  we promise to provide the best advice to our customers. If the product returned is as a result of our error or a defective product, the customer must make the complaint within 7 days and we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.We make every effort to pack our glassware and other containers securely, but in the unlikely occurrence of a breakage during shipping, the customer must contact The Candlebrook Co. immediately upon receiving the damaged items. Images documenting the breakages / damages indicating the date must be supplied for consideration. The Candlebrook Co. will, on merit and at its discretion, either replace the item or provide a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled if they as yet haven’t been shipped and customers will receive a full refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched it is too late to cancel the order. All order cancellations must be sent via email to cbonline@candlebrookco.com

Customer Privacy Policy: The Candlebrook Co. will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. 

Responsibility: The Candlebrook Co. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Disclaimer: Please exercise caution when making and burning candles. Hot wax and flames are dangerous. The Candlebrook Co.. will not be held responsible for any injury or damage to any type of property caused by manufacturing products with our materials or burning candles made with our materials.
